• Alcoholic gel dispensers are available in the entrance/exit areas to sanitize your hands.
• The Reception and the Bar are equipped with Plexiglas dividing panels.
• All Resort staff are equipped with protective systems such as sanitary masks and gloves.
• Common areas are frequently ventilated and sanitized according to the security protocol.
• The Resort has infrared thermometers for measuring body temperature. The body temperature will be detected, preventing access in case of temperature > 37, 5 °.
• The distance of at least 1 meter in the common areas, in the entrance and exit areas is delimited by path marking tapes.
• All cleaning and sanitation personnel in the rooms are trained in the use of suitable products and certified against Corona virus.
•  The recirculation air filters of our cooling and heating systems are sanitized every customer change.
• The sockets and ventilation grills are cleaned with microfiber cloths moistened with soap and water or 75% ethyl alcohol.
• We will no longer have buffet breakfast but it will be served at the table.
•  The tables in the restaurant are arranged in order to guarantee interpersonal spacing of at least 1 m in accordance with current regulations.
•  Customers will be required to wear the mask in every movement away from table, and at the checkout.
•  At the end of each service, all surfaces and chairs will be sanitized, with the change of linen.
