Of Piedmontese origin, an internationally renowned figure, after training at the Erminio Maggia Professional Institute in Stresa, he began a career that soon took him to the best restaurants and hotels, moving from the Royal Hotel in Crans Montana, to Ala in Chapel with Philipe Jousse, to Mionnay with Frank Renaul at the Hostellerie Du Pas de l’Ours, and then returning to Italy for the inauguration of the Albereta in Franciacorta. Once again in France, a stop with Alain du Casse and Pierre Schaedelin, before being appointed by Gualtiero Marchesi as Executive Chef of the Albereta in Erbusco.
